Pamela Epstein


Pamela is the co-founder and a Managing Shareholder of Green Wise Legal, P.C., a full-service cannabis law firm. Pamela’s diverse background, inclusive of legal, non-profit, and environmental work, places her in a unique position to lead and advise the cannabis community on the emerging intersection of recreational legalization and cannabis compliance. She is also the CEO of Green Wise Consulting, LLC, California’s premiere full-service cannabis consulting company, providing a range of consulting, business development, and application permitting services to every facet of the cannabis industry.

Nick Goldberg


Nick joined Green Wise Consulting, LLC (GWC) in 2017 as a Consultant and in 2018 was appointed as the company's COO. In 2018, along with Pamela, he co-founded and became a Shareholder and CFO of Green Wise Legal, P.C. Nick brings his unique blend of over 13 years of legal, business, and entrepreneurial experience to our clients throughout California, with a specific focus in Orange and San Diego Counties. Nick is located in the San Diego office. Nick received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2005, and his B.A. degree (Business Administration focus) from Vanderbilt University in 2001.

Associate Attorney

Laura joined Green Wise Legal in late 2018 as a legal consultant and became a full-time Associate Attorney in January 2019. She brought with her a background in environmental and land use law with a focus on CEQA, a law that is ubiquitous in the cannabis industry. Prior to joining Green Wise, Laura worked for both non-profit and private firms focused on state, federal, and international environmental issues, local land use and zoning, and administrative law, all of which are important components to cannabis permitting and compliance.

Law Clerk

Brian joined Green Wise Legal as a law clerk in 2018 gaining invaluable experience into the always-evolving cannabis industry and is sitting for the California Bar Exam in July 2019 after which he will continue with the firm as an Associate Attorney*. He comes from a political and policy background, having worked for a State Senator and in the Governor’s Office. Brian first entered the cannabis industry in the summer of 2017, when he worked for the Drug Policy Alliance researching model cannabis laws and the impacts of cannabis prohibition on disproportionately affected people and communities.
